Dispatching and Delivery

We try to ship the product to the customer as soon as possible, right after the payment is cleared. This product will be dispatched within 1~2 working days via Pakistan Express Post, and a tracking code will be attached to the order. Australian & UK based Buyers will receive their items in 5~9 working days whereas other Countries may take 6~12 business days depending upon the location.

Note: Buyers from Russian Federation, Brazil & Ukraine may receive their purchase in about 10~15 working days due to the strict Custom Regulations.

Returns / Exchanges

We strive to satisfy each customer and want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of the receipt of the item before sending anything back so we can solve any issue that has come up.

All products purchased from us may be returned within 14 days of shipping for a refund. The buyer must pay for the cost of return shipping and a refund will be granted only if the item is received in acceptable condition. Please note, only the cost of the item will be refunded.

Defective Items: We will gladly replace any defective item at no additional cost to you within 3 days, pending availability of the product. Buyer must provide pictures of the defective item to seller via email.
Non-Defective Items: Exchanges will be subject to acceptance within 3 days. The buyer must pay for shipping both ways. Replace item will be shipped only if all items must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging.

International Buyers

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine how much these additional costs will be prior to bidding or purchasing.

Customer Service

If you have not got your item within the shipping time as discussed above, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will check the status for you with the post office and customs. Sometimes the delivery is delayed due to the traffic or flight jams.

Please DO NOT OPEN DISPUTE WITH US OR LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK because we take full responsibility to resend or refund for any lost item.
